Buying older GK may help in your case Look for 27-28 y.o maybe ?
Some of them perform little better than young keepers in my own exp.

why he play so good to 18 years old and he 19 and play bad

i have train skils and he is from 64 to 68 and he bad

i think i set him on the bank and let him train

and try it whith older goal keeper

Keepers perform 8 and 9 when your team doesn't allow goals even if they don't make a single save LOL.
When you take a goal and he makes many saves he gets ratings of 5 and 6, another LOL.
Do you want a GK with high ratings? improve you defense or all squad, so you don't concede goals.
