yes, it's something like a promo to start using your card for buying :o
I didn't use it but it's safe.
I 've read some posts about this.
I also bought tokens for the game, using paypal ( I suggest that in every action).
And if you want to buy (except from this offer which is good but it's only for fb app), use topeleven.com instead of facebook.
