yes but the first one is faster trainer than the second.
If you give them extra position role (AML or AMR) and set them in a set of training where they 'll spend 16-17 condition, you must see in the results of the training that they gain a +1 to their new position (lets say AML).
the first one will gain about 5 +1 AML in those 5 training and the second player will gain 4 +1 AML in those 5 training.
