yes but the first one is faster trainer than the second.
If you give them extra position role (AML or AMR) and set them in a set of training where they 'll spend 16-17 condition, you must see in the results of the training that they gain a +1 to their new position (lets say AML).
the first one will gain about 5 +1 AML in those 5 training and the second player will gain 4 +1 AML in those 5 training.

Thanks hey BTW can u tell me all the names of team which might be selling nordegens I mean so its easy to spot them and coz I use phone I can't see history of club from which I bought

Help me I m at level 12 how to identify nordegen or good trainer since the difference of players value and wages is not very clearly

If you have a player world class, it's a bad idea to add new position now (or a special ability).
This we must do only when we buy our player and he is still 5*.
You 'll throw away many greens for that.
If he was 5*, I would train him with the old one, gathering sp and give them to new position.
In the new training too, you must add new position and all the gaining goes there (unless you choose to pause this)
1 sp daily gift from friends, goes auto to quality, so if you want to add it in sa or extra role, when you open the gifts, do it from the old version.
