I do not play many games. Please correct me if I am mis-understand.

As I know, in many games, we may face against stronger players. We have no short cut to immediately become stronger. We may need to gain some experience points, get some coins, get some partners, and then may buy some weapons, use experience to raise level or evolve to different type, and lastly become stronger. Then this cycle may repeat, we are just eligible to start further improve to be even stronger.

In T11, we often need to play against much stronger opponents. But this is a not exceptional situation in worlds of games.

Comparing with most other games, In T11, we may need more time to improve because of the fixed schedule. You probably feel bad if you are impatient.
