I started playing this on my android phone a few days ago. I tried to link the current game to my facebook account, but it keeps saying start with a new team???
Is there anyway I can play via facebook with my team I started on my phone?

If you 'started playing as guest, no.
As you started recently, leave that team and begin a new one with a fb account.
If you 're playing as guest, sooner or later you 're gonna loose your team.
Transferring my TE account to another device
If you're playing as Guest and want to transfer your Top Eleven account to another device, you have to make sure that your team is connected to your Facebook account first. If you have an Android device, you can also connect it to Google+.**
How to link your team to Facebook or Google+
- Open your Top Eleven team in the device you're playing "as Guest"
- Go to Settings
- Swipe to the right to see the social network linking options
- Connect your team to Facebook or Google+ clicking the appropriate button and entering your credentials. Please note this Facebook or Google+ account can't have any team already connected to it
