did you ask for refund?? if you ask for refund...they took back the token they add...and since you already spend those token...so.....that may be why.... negative~
Dont think you are so clever mate, you was cheating by abusing google store chargeback bug, and FOR SOME REASON got banned, very unlucky, because there are thousands of other people who are abusing that bug for years and dont get caught, simply because nobody cares.
This only tend to happen when one abuse, some offers too when one cheat or so, using vpn and abusing.... usually this happen in these cases.
If, you "bought tokens", paid these, and then dissappeared, as Nik said, clik "?" inside the game and then you can contact Nordeus to clarify.
