Why can't we cancel a negotiation offer if it appears the manager isn't paying attention and then go elsewhere?

I've got 15 tokens locked for 24 hours and I assume other active managers have the same problem just for the auction to fail.

Does anyone else think we should be able to rescind our offers?

It forces you to think about how much you're willing to use on a player. If you could cancel offers, you could just switch between players at will. In real football, negotiations take time and patience.

i think we should have availability to set auto reject offer as well.... some will ignoring to keep placing offer, and if he place offer, i can't train my player~ why we can't have a availability to set auto reject offer after two offer received?

In real life agents would go back to the next best offer. In this game, you cant do it that way. If you could pull back any offer, I could go and block offers from a rival when they bid on players.

id like to be able to message the person during negotiations to tell them that a) i'm not selling the player...and 2) to stop offering 0 tokens to my 19 year old players on the verge of being 6 stars

And we can't check the selling manager's team any more to see if
1/ They are still active and
2/ The player on the list is not one of their better players and so there is no point in bidding.

Unless I'm missing something and that option is still there?

The offer of 0-3 tokens and not being able to train your player is a much bigger issue
