What happened to my association match?

I did not know what happened to my 2nd association match today. I could not watch the match. The match ended up with a 0:0 draw. And after the game, it told me that the match was not played because the defeated club did not have 11 players. No one was defeated because it was a draw, also, me and my opponent, we both have more than 11 players. And now my client is crashed, and it can not load the information for my next match. What happened? What should I do now?

PS: I tried with PC and IPAD, same thing.
