I have one question.. Is it possible that 18 year old player progress so slowly on a Force training (Old version) that a 29 old guy progress at the same speed?

And one 19 year old progress amazing fast? Nordeus again playing games?

yes (or about).
I had some 0T academy players who were slower than my 26 y.o. nordgen.
* but this is not a new one.
