No restrictions. I mean I'm gonna prob do it totally free and mainly focus on my main account if I do join in with it. So I reckon I wouldn't gain promotion straight away. Against some of these better managers but who lnows

i don't think imposing quality restriction is a good idea, T11 already cap the quality restriction in every level. why bother to bring it down further. T11 rules is more than enough to keep it going, how to be a good manager if you keep coming up with rules to keep others within your sight.

It was not my idea to come up with a cap in the first place, If it was down to me, I'd have no caps, it would too much work trying to be big brother on everyone that decides to play this project.

Thinking of project we need a name for this.
