My game is still like this. Can do nothing right now. Also, I pressed the question mark button, what's next?

Yeah, i've had this on and off all day. Chat server is down or i'm watching my match and I get booted. I think i've missed large chunks of each match today. I've sent a message to the help desk. You guys have to get this fixed. I think this is like the 3-4th week in a row now. :-(
