All my cup matches have been against level 4s while I'm level 2

that happen with old style coup ! and i had the same problem over and over , but now they change !

well if thats true then how you explain that i played vs lvl 5 teaam and i am lvl 3.. so i still think its based on average quality of each team.. all opponents are close to average quallity. it can happen that a lvl 3 team has 29 quality play against a lvl 6 with 27-31 quality
