    Make An Offer

    Sometimes i can go onto random teams and make an offer for XXX players but then i can go onto another team in that league but it wont allow me to make an offer for one of their players.

    Same league etc so not too sure why?

    Could anyone explain this for me

    You can only" make an offer " on a player that is below 6 stars ?
