Ok, I'm now Level 4 and I could see that Negotiation tab in the Transfer menu, that is fine. What surprised me however is I constantly get offers for some of my players although I never offered them to the world. Is that an automatic feature?

yes it is. they come knocking at your door unless you make them 6*.

Yes, that's what "negotiation" means.
This is one way of getting tokens. You set the price to include tokens and hope that the other person accepts.
Don't just accept any old offers though. Many players will offer 0 tokens which is an insult in my eyes. I make them wait the full 24hrs if they do that & tie up their tokens. As a rule I'll always ensure the seller gets at least 3 tokens plus the cash. So unless you're desperate for the cash, hold out for respectable offers.

Hi guys a question, I have two accounts on the same server. I bought a fast trainer on one of them, and I kind of regret that I didn't acquire him with the other. The fast trainer is 97%.
I understand that you cannot place a player on a negotiation list, they are added automatically when they get to what, 99%? Anyway, is this random or do they always show at a certain point? Can I get this kid to 99% and then buy him with my other account?

If you are on the same server you can make an offer on the player at anytime before he gains that 6th star

Hm, we are maybe not on the same server anymore? I can make bids for players on the team in my Cup for example, but when I go to HFF through our association site -- we are not friends right now to avoid each other in the league -- no players are available for transfer.
But i am a bit surprised, because we have the same transfer list? Odd. Anyone have any thoughts?
In reference to the above, I checked, we are on the same server (34). Can we be blocked because we are on the same association?

Remove him from the 1st squad , relog and try again.
