Hey guys! I just want to know that Can we Develop Players Special Abilty + quality. Because I am noticing that player's Quality is not improving but his special ability is increasing. If its not possible to increase S.A+ Players quality then should I improve his Special Ability or His quality?
You can only improve one thing at a time. If you want to add SA then add that first and then increase his quality.

you cannot train both quality and SA at same time,but you can switch between them:
1) if you set SA training in Pause,only quality will be trained.
2) if you keep SA training at ON (active),you'll keep on training SA only.
When SA training is completed,usual quality training starts again..

Every time I've started a SA, I've wound up thinking it was wasted training. I have one I'll return to SA training next season when I expect his progress to slow. Hopefully he'll maintain good form over 2-3 more seasons, giving enough time to finish a SA and make him more appealing in the transfer market.
Believing that progress slows with each quality star gained, you might train until just before the next star (99%, for example), then switch to SA training to maximize progress.
No I find when training to do it the other way train the SA first as all points are going towards that & not the players quality .Then when finished he will still train fast up to his next star.Quote:

my "recipe" the last seasons is :
When I buy a young fast trainer, defender, I give right away "defending wall" or "aerial" (or both, to another of course).
I never had a fail in nordgen defenders. Maybe you won't find a guy who scores every three games or he is a F-K, C-K specialist but who cares :p
My defenders rarely have under 7 in their games (but rarely a 9 too), but my defense is working fine.
Also those above s.a. are working for guarantee.
Also when I get a ST, I test him in one game and I give him AMR or AML position too.
Then I give "shadow striker" which is an action a winger likes to do in the games.

Doesn't that cost you a bit too many Greens? Lol I am in such a hurry, it seems like giving a player a new position and SA basically is worth a star and a half of ability, isn't it better to push a player to like 8 stars in a season than to 6.5 with a new position and a SA?Quote:

Pushing a player to 8 stars is ok but how do you know the players any good not all fast trainers are good. All you will end up with is a 8 star player with the same ratings as a 5 starQuote:
