Alright !! how to get special ability fast without using tokens ...how to train fast to get those abilities if you have players aged 18 ... with in a day.(low token,low medical boost)

Perfect, then you as a benchmark can look for kids who at the age of 18 and 99% is worth 106m. Check Nikos compilation in post 174 in this thread:

If the kid is a fast trainer, he should add a SA in about 40-44 Rests.
