First you need to find out if a kid is a fast trainer or not. Basically you can tell this by checking the players ability or salary in relation to his value. In short, if a player cost a lot in relation to his ability, its a sign that he has a lot of potential and will train fast. There are a lot of info on this at this place, you need to find the bench mark for your level. Let me know what level you are on and I can point it out for you!Quote:

If the 18 y/o kid is a fast trainer and was 3-4 stars, the cost of getting a special ability is around 32-33 Rest Packs, if he is 5 stars the cost is around 42 Rests (assuming you use world-class drills).

The best "trick" is to find some young fast trainers and stay in the same level for a season.
* so better find 18-19 y.o., not 20-21
