This is correct although the 1st is pretty much a lame excuse from Nordeus side.
I searched a bit and Nordeus dev and IT is enough strong to overcome this restriction.

I guess the reason why they do not fix this is Barry's saying right above.
Which is even more lame for nordeus.

Come on guys... it is **** that we cannot have in-game friendships as we like and we rely on Facebook or the luck of being on the same server with the other manager..
