I really want an easier friend addition system like an ability to add a friend based on ID (you can see it in options) or just type the manager name so we can have more sharing or friendlies to compare our teams.

Also I really want friendly matches as alternatives to gain training bonuses, because in other football manager game (O**) you can level up players in both training and friendly matches (kinda the same effect...). So I want friendly matches have better benefits instead of just gaining little exp points
