Flood lights at level 8?
i`m level 7 with 57,000 stadium but every home has been 40,000 so guessing that`s the cap for level 7 and i have the top flood lights since level 5 it all depends how quick you want to build certain area`s
I've got to the point where I can't build anymore as I run out of cash, in the zone of time waste :(
