Where you have that achievements, click on that and invite your friends, everyone who is register from your invitation will become your referral.
you have to invite your friends to be a manager on top eleven .. if they register in the next 7 days from your invitaion you will receive 1 token by friend (if you invite 5 firends for example & the accept to be in the game you will receive 5 tokens )
after 1 of your friend become your referral you will be able to receive tokens when he complete some achievement (for ex : if he watch 3 match live you receive 1 token .. if he win 3 successive match in the league you receive 1 token .. you have all the explanations there :D
