Hi all,
Up to season 23 ( stuck at league level 19 though!!) -- was wondering, is there a level cap for different parts of grounds?. My youth facility is only level 10 and says maxed out , whilst others are level 15 or 12 (listed as maxed out as well). Only stadium and seating seems to allow upgrades now?. Bummer if the youth facility is only lvl 10 -- only getting 2 or 3 star youth players max (had been getting four stars til last few seasons).
