How do i win a 4-4-2 formation

I will be playing my quarter final home match with a team that has six four star players while my players are 3 star players.players he won 4- 0 in the last away match. Pls, urgent help.

I'm always using 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond against 4-4-2 and it's working very good. Give it a try if you have the right players for that formation.
