Using those training bonuses in a game.

What does it actually do?
The info says like something 50% more team bonuses for 20 minutes and you can only have one bonus active at the time.
But if i have the max 10% does it gets reduce if i activate the bonus?
This is my first full season and im yet to dare to activate it, haha.
I forgot to take a screnshot but i hope you understand what im blabbing about.
