Help me out Please..

So i am currently going into my 24th Season on top eleven.But for some reason after back to back winning title seasons my last season went downhill with me placing 12th in the league, Though I attended every game brought in new players and my teams basically a 6* team but yet i cannot win a competitive game.

Do Ignore the poor fitness i normally have them all 80+ but i just got frustrated with them after losing yet another game
I Am playing an opponent in the cup with another 5* team who players a 3N-4-1-2 And I lost the first leg 1-0 At his home ground
Any help with anything would be greatly appreciated

Wow man, how can you play with so poor health? No wonder you are losing them all despite having such a good team, they cannot even play 30 mins of a game. They are too tired to even play a game. Keep them over 90 before the game...also i personally prefer up arrows for the 2 dfs (dl & dr) along with down arrow on the dmc to use the wings and also to provide backup to the defence.

too much training affects the performance of the players.
Mourinho also talks about this when the game starts log in.

defense/counter, low press and zonal marking, working for me but not sure

I'm only lvl 3, but I do play 4-4-2ND often.
I can see high pressing and man-to-man marking style. That sucks your players dry very fast. I turn them on only at the end of difficult matches if I'm leading.
Also, I'd change team mentality to Normal. In this formation attacking mentality works well for me only against weak opponents.
