Ghost injury

First day of the season, first cup match, first match of the season and injury, don't know its a ghost injury or bug. I was with my team up to end whistle, I didn't see any injury on match time (don't say my internet slow please, I know its not); after the end whistle blow the players gain+rank report popup (see the screenshot), no injury report in there; then I leave the match screen and go to home screen, I see one notice on my squad screen and find one of my MC injured, how does it happen :(

Go back to report page (see screenshot) it says my MC got injured on 89th min, strange, very strange I didn't see any injury; now it costing me 15 red :(
