If you're desperate, don't buy 18 Year old Nordgens. Buy 21-29 Years old players instead
18 Year olds train fastest but they tend to underperform due to lack of experience
Could you share screen shot of stats and skills for your best underperforming striker(s)?
More importantly, are you winning, and what do you expect from your strikers?
For me, his stats don't seem so bad. No Messi, but he did take an MoM. I'm guessing since it was only an 8 to win MoM, that the whole team might have struggled some matches. So might have to consider other teammates and tactics.
For his skills, to me they are very even, 92/99/98%, which is common for "fresh" players at any age. I think that might fit some strategies, like a normal or defensive 442. My 6 season striker is now very unbalanced in favor of attacking skills, but you can see his stats still have some 6/7 matches (some from short match time substitutions). Those games maybe I needed to give more support or change which wing served in crosses. Point is, I still can rely on him as much as another striker "on average"; last season he was goals, rating, and assist list, despite sometimes not making an impact. (Look at Ronaldo this season!)

Some strikers average more goals/minute, but a striker can't make a team. Personally i try to spread the match ratings and MoM awards evenly.
If you are looking to replace your striker, look for an experienced striker with a good goal to game ratio in the transfer market. Some strikers may need time to become consistent scorers. Others may need a strike partner or a good attacking mid to help create chances for them. Your training can also help in making the striker better.
What's your team mentality? I find that strikers rating always low if defend and counter. Defender rating is low if attacking.
I got this striker last season as a Nordgen after putting some things into consideration....he had not so convincing first game and I had someone performing better, so I just left him on the bench and loan him out during Association matches.. Now he his doing very well. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...1672728a89.jpg this second guy is a youth academy product, I needed a good striker, so I thought he could come good, so I trained him from 80% to a scout and added a free kick SA... He is doing well too, but I am not excited as he may not maintain the momentum http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...1e835112b0.jpg
http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...d261097253.jpg. is this good player or not and what type of trainings to train him
i dont know how anyone can tell if he is a good player by looking at his skill attribute. all i can say is not bad with his SA FK. If you wanna know then buy and try him. If he is a fast trainer then save your green and drill him.
Here is mine bought for 1token norgen 18yo with one on one Sa add sp amc drill him from 5* 95%-130% 7* then give him his first game.

not really sure abt the amount of green use on him probably 150 or close to 200.
I find that vood strikers have become more difficult to find in the regular market since the recommended players were introduced. Especially with NG's of any age. With NG's or players with no stats its just trial & error.
I have bought and tried many young NG's but ended up buying a recommened striker twice now and can't complain. In short, buy goals, not quality or skills.
mine is the other way round my recommendation is dissappointing so far but my young NG's power train is on fire.
Remember the youth guy named Chukwuma S. Renamed to Awe Peter
...here he is. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...39e1d20ea9.jpg
