What is your formation ?
Is Knoflach taking the F-K ?
How is he doing there ?
Give panasenko some more time he has not that bad form, also train him another position too, that would be useful.
As for Fabian its common for most sts not scoring many goals. Playing with one st is not helping much if he is not exceptionally good.
I have solved the St problem by choosing from proposed 79 token players that play extremely good.
Another thing is not to make great changes in your squad because that affects team chemistry.

Keep them in the freeze (not increasing q) and give them AML & AMR position next season when they 'll loose 1*.

You are not using your striker for the free kicks????? Seriously? I want to know how the rest of your teams looks then. It is one of the best features for a striker. I have had a 7 star striker with FK SA and used him for over 6 seasons now and is on 300 goals. Instantly use him for that. Your AMC is not bad, just average but give him a season. Sometimes they have average season to shine the next season. There is no direct way to improve him unless you will train him in certain aspects maybe.....
