Hey guys. I have some questions I wanna get clear.
I used to spot fast trainers by value to wage ratio. It's impossible to spot now because almost all players have a high wage and the values stop at 104M. I did see very little players with a value of 105M (no 106M though) and figured they might be fast trainers.
Am I right?
Also I've heard something about nordgens? What are those?
I guess the ones u mention at 105m value are nordgens if their club have funny names like AC unfriendly , FC muddy etc. and the time u see them is 1-2 hours after server refreshes.

My academy graduates from last season are all getting +7-9% in matches, too bad they are 3 and 4* players lol. The 3* has helped with 2 clean sheets in cup and scored a goal in league.
I've scored 2 fast training 18 year olds, they are both learning SAs.

The players you described in your first post are " Nordgens" young fast trainers generated by the game
