Arrows

Hi everyone! I love this game and try to know more and more about it and about the tactics etc.

My question is how do the player arrows really work. If I put a "back" (deffensive) arrow on the player, how will he react? Will he play more deffensively (prefer defending above offending) or will he stay more back on the field? For example when putting the back arrow on MC, will he still be MC who defends more or become he little bit DMC?

What is your experience?

With a down (blue) arrow, the player is more focus on defense, with an Up (red), in attack
That's the general idea but really the difference is small
