Sorry if I'm not mistaken, doesn't matter a manager watched or not but if he train and make all 10%. bonus ready before the game start then he gaining 10% bonus automatically on match time but no extra.
He doing long pass and u doing short passing. Most likely he counter attacked you.
I have had 72% possession and stil lose game but that 2 season ago.

Long flank passing vs your 2 flank defenders.. low, defensive, counterattack. Your stats don't look like an advantage. If I play 41212 ND and can't hold 65% possession against a strong team, there is a problem. I look for 70% possession, 25+ shots, 87%+ pass completion with that tactic against a good team. Wrong match up in this case.
Keep trying, which isn't what you want hear. Pushing harder with your attack is... Often... not the answer.
Ps-, ibangali is correct, bonuses applied, just not the extra 50%

i know normal bonuses is on but the one given by the manager is not
the problem here is i won the first game 3-2 and at the second game the other team got a red card + a free kick goal at 49', its moral should be really low but yet it managed to make a comeback with 3 goals in 15 minutes, no TEAM EVER in football history made that.

Maybe next time, check your opponent, find his strengh/weakness - expecially, if teamqualities are that close.

Your tactics for narrow diamond are very different than how I'd play it.
Short, through the middle passing takes advantage of your formation better than mixed. If you're using your DR and DL in the attack, all the more opening for wins on the counter attack.
When I use narrow diamond: hard/ attacking, short, middle, no forced counters. High, normal, zonal, off.
You guys are getting off topic and inviting some bickering with this Brazil v rest of world talk. Besides, Bra Ger WC 14 is kind of a low blow and a cliche example, there was "a bit" of circumstance, right? (IMHO, to underrate Neymar is to ignore his statistical superiority; to ignore Marcelo is to overlook his value in Liga this season).
