This is just a joke. Really. On paper we are on par. Once my players hit the field they immediately dropped down after a quick goal from the opposition. Every crosses blocked, Gareth Walker missed every open shots, Sreng Hab Failed to block any approaching winger, and lastly, AM kept telling me to hard attack them every single minute.
3 Games without a win. Frustrating:mad:
Next up is CL against Juis FC. Don't know what's gonna happen. Maybe 7-0 loss

Desert Rats FC had a 9.6Q(39%) advantage over their opponents for their home League match this evening, and for an hour, it looked like the Troll was on. The visitors took a shock lead in the 9th minute, and the rest of the first-half saw the Rats playing catch-up, and failing. A formation and tactical tweak at half-time appeared to have made no difference, but when the Management decided to go for broke and change to 3W-5-2V (facing 5-2-2(AMW)-1) with attacking mentality and offside trap, and made a couple of substitutions that the difference showed. A few red packs were expended in getting left-winger Gary Cusack and striker Julien Renard to full fitness, and when they were introduced they showed their gratitude by providing assists to right-winger Emerson de Alencar Arraes and central midfielder Ireneusz Jezierski for the goals which took the home side into the lead. Striker Matt Goggin made the match safe ten minutes from the final whistle with the third goal in the 3-1 win.

I was busy last days, so a little update:
An ingame friend, 1 level higher, wanted to buy Kraxner - he offered 10T. Even Kraxner is 29 y.o. and ~20% weaker than the average teamquality, I couldn't sell him, he still performs. He played 11 seasons, made some important/goals... I really like this guy, so he played again every game this season - and I think, he is thankful, I keep him... :o

I also bought 3 new players (one academy-player) - if everything goes well, I'll keep the whole team until Kraxner retires.
Desert Rats FC were at home in their Round 2 Champions League Group match, and were 6Q/24% better than their visitors. Playing Narrow Diamond versus Defensive Hexagon (3N-2DMW-3N-2), orders were mixed passing through the middle, and the Rats took their opponents apart. Striker Julien Renard helped himself to a hat-trick before half-time, and was rested for most of the second-half, his 10 rating and Man-of-the-Match award sewn up. Matt Goggin and Rodrigo Gimenez contributed a direct free-kick each as the hosts led 5-0 at the break. AMC Simon Hunt (1 goal, 2 assists), left-back Alberto Casado and central defender Filip Andersson were the stand-out men in the second-half, and the Rats ran out 8-0 winners. The only blot on the landscape was another injury, this time to central midfielder Glenn Seynaeve. Desert Rats now lead their Champions League Group on goal difference.

So after 30 minutes being goal less, I decided to switch to 4-5-1 V. Scored 3 Goals.
Then I switched into 4-2-3-1 Formation use by Indonesia in the 2016 AFF Suzuki Cup. Scored only 1
I admit 4-5-1 V being the most mainstream one so I want some challenges
Is it better to switch to 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 or stay 4-1-2-1-2 ND ? Really need your help, guys?

Anyway, we are losing 7-10 after the first set of matches.
Its been awhile since I posted here.
I've been paying more attention to my alt team, which is a 5* team than my main team of late. My main has just been sitting in tank mode! Having a 1* keeper striker once a blue moon leads to comical moments once in a blue moon. Like when he assisted by backup AML (Tovar), for the game winner against the then 4th place team in league on the 2nd to last day of the season.
Last season I won a treble with my alt team, but it was the weirdest treble because I didn't win the Champions League. Instead I won the Super League, alongside the league and cup, and nordeus awarded the alt account, the Triple Crown achievement. I call it my "Phony Treble," but its kind of hilarious.
It sure feels like that no matter what, I was not suppose to win nor draw. Just lose 1-0.
