yes, this started form 2-3 seasons ago (not all, but many teams from the same lv).
Still dropping quality affects the lv of the cup.
My 1st round is vs an abandoned team 2*.
I can find 1-2 descent teams (normally they wouldn't be in my cup, maybe it was from the cup above me).

They definitely changed the cup draw but is it for the best ? The 64 teams are not from the same level and qualitywise, it's completely spread out: my first oppo is 35% and my next 112%... Cup draw manipulators (like me) are now completely puzzled: maybe that will make a couple happy but this change is to me completely ridiculous.
league draw also changed.
Now it's from day 2 (or 1 ?) , not 3.
I can see my opponent for tomorrow.

It cannot be blank but it should show you the next ChL/NiveaMen match as they are already set, not your league game, since the league draw is on the 3rd day of the season...

Made no difference to me. Knocked out in first round. On the 2 occasions I've won the Cup, I found myself knocked out in Round 1 the next season.
