I'm in my first Season now and have enough Tokens to buy a Scout Player.
Here is my Team

Should i Buy one? And which one would it be?
And can you give me an example of a nice Formation/Tactic for my Team?

You are looking for a 22-23 year old with a quality ending in 4 or 9. If you have one, then it is worth investing in that player
If you are going to get promoted and don't need a scout to reach your goal (championship, CL qualification, cup win) I would wait for the start of next season (since if you get promoted you get better scouts on the second day of the season).
About the question which one to get? - Go for young scouts that fit into your system.
About which system to play? - That depends on how you want to play (attacking football or compact defense with counters). You can find some infos about systems in the tutorial and the tactics and formation subforums. In the tutorial subforum you find additionally some very well written tutorials. :)
So, what would you do in my situation? I got about 580k and 65 Tokens.
save my money till I got about 1Mio and buy one of them, or sell one of my Players to get one Scout Player now? Or Buy a Player which Cost only 500-600k?

You should probably save your tokens, if you don't get promoted then you can use it to buy a fresh scout next seasonQuote:

It is strange you play one sided because most of your attacking is in centre midfield. I'd say play down the middle is better.Quote:
