Recommended players are 4 per season so that is one per week .A season week is from sunday to saturday.
I doubt your friend was recommended 2 players between the sunday & saturday in one week ?
yup 4 a season bt happen to me before twice in a week.

Last 3 seasons I got my recommendations in the first couple of weeks, on my 2nd account. But I've been neglecting that squad a lot and really could have done with some new blood.
Usually though, recommendations come on a semi-regular basis for me. One per week if memory serves me right. :9
