It could be that he´s on a different server than you( a Facebook friend on another server not an in game friend that you found)
or the player is more than 99% ?
Yes he is a friend on Facebook and the player I want is 97%. But all the others friends that I have I can make them offers
Obviously his team is on another server from you then .
If you are on the same server, can you buy a player from a Facebook friend? I thought you cannot buy a player from a Facebook friend in any way.Quote:

I am not 100% sure as well, but as I read it on another website which you cannot buy a player from your Facebook friend in any way. By the way, I also have not tried it since my Facebook friends who play this game are at higher levels. Closest one is at +10 higher level than me :)
That's so stupid, so would be able to buy and sell any player to anyone you want!

The only problem is when you want to buy a player above your level if I am not mistaken. If the player is above 5 stars then it is not possible. Otherwise it is possible to buy a 9 star team from your friend if he is 4 levels above you. That would be an exploit beyond imagination.

Even tho most of you explained why the negotiations couldn't be completed, let me summarize the different rules.
In order for a negotiation to be successful, there are some conditions that have to be met:
1. Both Managers have to be at least Club level 4.
2. They should be on the same server.
3. The player that is to be bought should be on 99% to attaining their next star.
If all these requirements are met, then there should be no problem in completing the negotiation. :)

Is it not more easy or convenient to make country or continent or time zone based server for us please, like us, uk, Italy etc. Or Europe 1, 2, 3...

So we can choose our server and stick with it.
This season I'm looks like in Russian server or something, most of the teams are Russian. Today I had to wake up 5 am and attend my CL semifinal. Last couple of seasons I'm keep trying to get my time zone server, due to that I deleted all t11 friends but don't know how can I get time zone (EST. GMT 5) server.
Simple case: Check your friend's standing at her/his league... then click on another manager of her/his league... if you CAN add that manager... well, you are on same server, another case, not ;)Quote:
