Where's fun in advancing? It just suck a star from your team and gives you nothing back. Nothing at all.
Avoiding promotion is ugly, I agree, but I completely understand why people are doing it. It is a flaw in game design.

I understood that , but what's the reason to stay in the same league with +7 stars? ... anyhow you will be a competitor for token buyers...

At that level of Q it takes many packs and time to advance, even if they are getting all the tokens they want.
