Morale of players

Is it necessary to have morale of all players to be 'very good' or 'superb' if you are facing a team which is 4 quality less than your team??
I played against one of my friends, with two players having 'good' morale and lost 1-3 :(

morale is a very important factor in how your team plays. but that does not mean that if you have the moral perch below the games, but if you have excellent or very good players naturally play better. For it is this role exists in the game.

I can't understand what you are trying to say......

Well for me its pretty simple, if the match is important for example a cup tie, I make sure their morale is full. Other then that (very good) works well all the time. But I have yet to try letting them go below very good.
