If it were me, Mendoza.
For me it would be a no brainer and I would pick Fernando Mendoza. Too bad we don't know how much much passing and crossing influences the corner taking. The only thing working well is that a 6star player could get some more MoM awards. As a 6 star you get less exp but MoM is, if I am not mistaken, always the same bonus for all players, so he actually gains the most exp. I especially use this for my 7 star corner kick taker.
As this one is. Who to put into starting XI, one has better quality and other has amazing passing, shooting skills.
( I know I should see,who performs better, but what do you guys think? )
I would also like to know, how important passing skill is @ midfield. And also speed/creativity and shooting. But I think no one can really answer to that...

One more great win against a competitor with similar Q.
Oh dear oppo managers, stop using 442nd against me :o:p

Amazing performance and victory which puts us in a dominant position for the 2nd leg. The double dream is still alive. I'm so pumped up right now :D

@k1tb
1.) Mendoza
2.) Try them... Q doesn't say anything... I had a few players, who were really good a Q, but didn't perform.
f.e: AML was never good until Costa came. I also had a lot of ST to be able to sub Kraxner... first one, who performed was Eisner... a 76% U18-ST... He made his first 5 games more goals/assists and better ratings than everyone else (sold now) in ~30 games...
Desert Rats FC played at home against 10th place and had a comfortable 3-0 victory. It was strikers day, and Emanuele Imbimbo and Julien Renard netted one apiece and late on, right-back Cipriano Elizondo scored his first goal for the club. Goalkeeper Bismark Carroll rated highly, particularly for keeping his clean sheet with a correct guess, diving to the left to keep out a visitors Penalty kick. With all but one match taking place in the small hours (the Rats match being the exception), there is an element of catch-up every day as Desert Rats can see all the other match scores before they play theirs. The Rats are still on top in what is starting to be a two-horse race...

Idle time this afternoon, and a couple of 2T purchases from the transfer market to replace low-Q players whose contracts are expiring at the end of this season.

Then attention turned to the Champions League Quarter-Final 1st Leg away match, and the two new recruits were on the bench but the Rats faced a formidable Level 8 opponent.

The Management will be scratching around for a formation that will at least be able to get a reasonable return from the home Leg and allow Desert Rats to retire from the competition with some dignity still intact...
@Talisman
Try 4-5-1v in the second leg, countering with long passes down the flanks.
Funny, I switched to that after they scored their second and after initially doing the trick, it killed off any progress my forwards were making and then seemed to make the situation worse...
It's the two AMCs that are the issue - I have two players who can play DMC but that would then put the defensive line in a bit of a state.
Haven't seen this kind of result for a while...

Second team had only one target. Cup
First game at home 2-3. Final seemed difficult to reach.
But my players had an astonishing game, they even surprised me, I have not seen these players outplaying an oppo of such high quality.
Even the 7 saves of the oppo gk were not enough

Wow Cloverfield, just wow.
Well done.
What is more important? Form or Skill ( quality ) ?
For example: 110% ( Form 6-6-7-5-6 ) vs 95% ( 8-7-7-6-9 ) , both Goalkeepers.
Well do you use against even matches both GKs?
Because if you use second Gk for easy games that you win and first to hard games that you lose, then form is not indicative and realistic.
First Gk in any way seems underperforming, not a single 8 and 5 is bad very bad.
We reached cupfinal today... it's our 7.cupfinal in a row.

We won semifinal 14:2 on aggregate... it's the highest victory this season at cup. The stupid thing about that: it was the strongest team. It was managed... I believe, Nordeus' RNG, AI,... or how you call it, is way too strong. It can't be, that we beat a managed, "only" 12% weaker team 14:2, while we made a lucky 3:2 against a 45% weaker, unmanaged (maybe only unwatched) team...
I really don't know, if I'm happy about reaching the final or mad about that ...... engine...
I was using my now second GK for 4 seasons including this one. He was always very solid with good ratings.
But after a string of unexplained bad performances (even my AM reported that he wasn't motivated enough for some reason) I promoted my second GK to starting XI.
I've got to say that I haven't even remotely regretted it. He's constantly putting 8 rated performances and living up to the task in general.
He had a little bit less quality at the start of the season but he's a fast trainer and already better in GK qualities than my other one.

That was about the difference in quality between my 2 GK's at that point.
For me the turning point was a defeat in the League following a poor performance by him in the second leg of Cup's Round of 32.
Their stats to further prove my point (incl. Association matches)
Radyukevich: 20 matches played - conceded 17 goals. Average rating of 6.99 this season, 0 times MotM.
Zboncak: 19 matches played - conceded 9 goals. Average rating of 7.4 this season, 1 time MotM.
I believe it's a combination of both quality and form, but form is the most indicative thing about who you should pick to start from my experience this season.
I also don't think that a 10% difference in quality makes a lot of difference anyway. I will always pick the better performer.
As long as we do not get any information or confirmation about form or quality it is impossible to say which goalkeeper to keep. Or if the results are fixed which I sometimes get the feeling then it is even more impossible to foretell which goalie will do well.
For instance if it is fixed that you will win the first 4 games and loose the next 4 games and you use the GK in the first 5 matches then he will score great numbers but in the fifth game a 5 or something. So you switch him out and what do you know the next GK will score 3 5's in a row and you will think he is very bad. Actually he isn't bad but he had just the bad luck to be active in your bad games. I really really want more info or I can't take the game seriously anymore. There is no control, no comprehension of the game, no way to plan strategy because of the little info we get.
For me it was a sign given by the game to change my starting GK.
I can't explain it otherwise how could a GK who is solid for 4 seasons in a row is suddenly not motivated and performs poorly.
It's not 5 games, it's nearly 20 now that my other GK is almost constantly in good form. I'm using the same formation, same instructions, same players, same everything. That's why a season nearly going south early on, eventually turned to a pretty good one. I'm 8 points ahead in the most requiring league I've ever had and I'm almost through to the semi-final of the CL after a 3-5 away victory.
That's my take whatsoever.
Desert Rats FC played an away League match against 7th place, and had both of yesterday's signings making their full debuts. Central midfielder Makhtar Hassan made an immediate impact, netting the first goal in the 9th minute, and striker Jhon Micolta left it to late on in an impressive debut to make his contribution, the last goal with eight minutes to play. In between it was the usual suspects, right-winger Patrick Tillmanns, Filip Andersson - a frequent scorer last season but finally getting on the end of one for the first time this season - and Garry Crawford helping the scoreboard tick along. Final score 5-0 to Desert Rats, and with the second-place team drawing away at 5th place, they stretch their lead at the top to 4 points.
Regarding Goalkeeper form, I think it has to do with the number of goals they concede and how many saves they have versus the number of opposition shots on target, and the rating in one match is no indication of how they are going to perform in the following match.
I'd already started the following comparison, as it is the first time I've had similar quality 'keepers - usually I have a high-Q one for general use and a lower-Q one for occasional appearances and injury cover.
Here are the two 'keepers concerned - Carroll was ahead in Quality 93%-91% at the start of the season.

From a little bit of experimentation last season, McKibben (bought off the regular Transfer Market) is better in League matches and Carroll (bought from the Scout list) in CL and Cup matches, but I will swap them occasionally (sometimes unintentionally).
This season's performances - the higher number of saves vs opposition shots, the better the rating. If they concede then the rating goes down (usually by about a point a goal conceded).

Two man show, but assists are more important than goals when choosing MoM :)

Having played 10 matches against Level 8 teams, Desert Rats FC (Level 7) have made it to the Cup Final for the third season running. A brace from Patrick Tillmanns in the first-half was enough for the away side in the Semi-Final 2nd Leg to win 2-0 and progress to the Final 4-1 on aggregate.
83 goals in 36 appearances loooool
