well, I don't think you can follow the game (I mean the new version, with all those things, training, bonus, asso games, updates), without having a mobile device.
A big part of the game (matches or transfers) I m doing when I 'm not at home.
Still you can use the old version in pc but you 'll have a disadvantage.
After all, the "construction" of the game made for mobile devices mainly.
