I'm newbie and need advice from manager senior

Hello, i'm newbie in this game and i need ur advice.
i'm newbie in this game and still level 1. this far my team play good at cup but i have problem with my league.
I try my best to build my team with high quality, but i'm confuse which formation would be the best for my player. i'm curious my team rate for my level is high enough but i'm sometime lose or draw by team with lower rate quality.

And i'm wonder what should i do with my highest value player. i'm training him a lot and he's still 19 with high attack skill but his statistic is disappointed me. almost all his game rating 4-5:mad:. what should i do with him, sell him or keep him in my team.

The best strategy is also based on your opponents formation. For the moment, use the 4-4-2 as it's known to be one of the most effective formation. Along the way, when you become more familiar with the game, then you will be able to change the formation.

i like to play with 4-4-2, so i'll give you an advice for 4-4-2 formation.. remove arrow on Grifith, move Jegers on AMR position and remove the arrow.. play with attacking mentality, short pass, tackling normal, zonal marking..

sorry, i mean 4-4-2.. lol

well, i change a lot of formation. But i cann't find the match formation that work best for my squad. yesterday i lose using 4-4-2 on second match cup. the first i using different formation and win against him. i'm so confusing build the formation. I am no expert, but your team seems very good right now.

Make sure you have the players to play 3-5-2 Vstyle, 4-5-1 Vstyle, 4-4-2 classic, and 4-4-2 narrow diamond.

Those 4 formations will cover almost formation you play against.

Do do this, you need very good AML/ML and AMR/MR and a decent AMC.

I am a counter formation manager and choose my formation based on my opponents. Some manager pick a formation and go with it 90% of the time. I see these managers not show up to many games and they end up losing more often than not.

I dont lose many games and if I do lose a game it is because I get out-managed or the team is full of scouts. Do your homework on your opponent: look at his previous games and find out which formations he lost against. Find out where his weakest players are in his formation and choose a formation that counters his AND exploits his weak players. IE. play your strongest ST on the side of his weakest DC etc.

Not much else you can do except constantly upgrade your players on the cheap.

Well, thanks for the advice. Its help a lot. one more favor please, could u help me to put arrow on the right order. If i'm play with 4-4-2 narrow diamond, where should i put red and blue arrow?

Way too many red arrows in a formation where it wont work too well
