Free transfer unless you sign them up on a contract and then put them on the transfer list.
no you don`t get nothing because you don`t sell it , you expel it !
the free player you sign it and then sell it for his value , the one who ask tokens to sign you just dismiss and bye bye like he never existed !

It's not a glitch....its true that the cheap/free one will not getting skills as fast as the ' token' one.....
There's a reason that this one is for free, so you know it!
Just sign the free one up, and make some money by selling him
Well I thought the reason was that his quality was bad. He is the only 'average' player i have on the team so even improving at the normal speed for his age was questionable whether I should keep him or not.
Guess that player will not playing matches for you that often so you can make a better deal of him by selling......your choice
