creativity is useless in this game. if there is the effect will be very very minimal.

I doubt someone is able to notice 3-5% effect in a noise from several unknown parameters, some hidden, some completely random. But 3-5% is not very-very minimal. It is not minimal at all, it would be a significant bonus.
Don't say it's useless, we simply don't know.
