Interesting players;)

Usually at the beginning of the new season I need 2,3 players for my 1st 11 and 4,5 bench players.
Before,when we had to train our players with the old training system I was looking mostly for young nordgens(18,19 yo)
Now,when many managers use for training the new system I can find many interesting players,20-30 yo trained exclusively at their main skills not the grey skills.
This season I bought 4 such players,only for one of them I used about 15 greens to get him at 101% (I will use him in my 1st 11)
They've cost me 1 T each,because many managers doesn't look at the skills of the players,but most of them they check if they are young,or what stats those players have.
Last season I had 3 players like this,all of them performed very good,especially a 24 yo Aml/c/r

*I didn't bought the MR,I had 2 already,but I was very tempted 😀

Sure, this gives the advantage of having strong players in their main attributes,but global quality does not grow up so outrangeously,so
to also contain quality average of the whole team

some managers speculate that this can be an advantage.

To me only one of these two statements is true, but I don't know which one:
- global quality (q% or number of stars) matters, then when grey skills go low you need to keep white skills up in order to keep a good average (one can say you could also inefficiently train the grey skills).
- grey skills don't matter, and the global quality value/star is not representative of the actual quality of the player. In this case we are all victims of an illusion when we use stars/q% to evaluate players

That's true,but also the other 2 players had very good ratings with few games as starters and the rest coming from the bench
