How to beat 4-5-1 V style !

I know there is alot of guide to beating 4-5-1 in the old forum, but i can't find any now! Help, match is at 2am, opponent is 2nd in the league.

His formation is

How to beat this?

The old guide was transferred to this forum, just seems people don't look.

The title could do with renaming as most don't recognise it but it is justdomes.
