1-2 and 6+ star players?

So what happens when we try to sell a player on the TM that isn't 3-5 stars?
Since apparently I see the same players as level 1 now... how is this suppose to work?

i assuming it like Ass Fa where star doesnr matter. if you bid a player 99% regardless at any level the player will be 99% same with any %.i can be wrong.

Well my 37% DMC/DC 18yr old sold, so I guess they go somewhere.
