I friend played NML today, and lost... lost 2 players within one minute.

If you look at stats, he did a good job with 9 players on the pitch... but how can anyone say, games aren't fixed? He played low press/low tackling/normal mentality.

This guy won the league. He went through NML with only wins... it's ab bit like this:

3. If a team won too many games in a row, the engine will 'handicap' that team to make them lose. Same goes to losing too many games, the engine will try to raise his winning percentage. Now, everyone are equal as in a poker game. Doesnt everyone loves poker?
