Select player.
Select offers.
Make offer.
Offer some tokens on top of what Nordeus takes, please.
Remember, you can't buy a player if he rates more than 5 stars at your level.

but make offer not showing i buy my friends 1 or 2 players every season but now make offer didn't show

There is a bug in mobile version where "Make an Offer" does not show

Yep. You still got the bug. They're working on it. I think I've seen it in a thread here somewhere.
