Identify talented players and who to train them?

Hi!

Whats the magic to find talented players on the TM?
Right now, I am looking for players with a low season wage and a high market value - and below 20 years and above 80% stars.
Is there a better approach?

And how does the perfect training look like?
Is it more useful to single train players or is it better to train the whole team?

I always spend tokens on the recomendation player, they'r always fast trainers with s.a. and value above market
